UNCOMPROMISED QUALITY FOR 30 YEARS
Since starting this business in 1984, we have shipped hundreds of thousands of machined parts to a wide variety of customers with an acceptance rate exceeding 99.98%....an unusually high level of approval by anyone’s standard. We have achieved this rate by:
- Extensive planning and thorough documentation prepared in advance of cutting metal to ensure that the basic operation is sound. Customers who have reviewed our level of process documentation have been extremely impressed with its level of detail and accuracy. In fact, many have commented that they wished their own companies could achieve our level of process documentation!
- Never taking “short-cuts” in the manufacturing process; always building proper fixturing and utilizing the “best of everything” cutting tools!
- Using only modern, Mori-Seiki CNC equipment (99% of our manufacturing operations are performed on CNC machines)
By developing and adhering to these methods; we are able to achieve consistent tolerance control down to the 5 micron (.0002") level! |
